What to Expect
Focus is an 11-day experience broken up into 3 different sessions. In each course, the group participates together, not individually. Each weekend is intentionally designed to equip you with tools to live a more connected and empowered life.
Discovery | 3 Days: Fri PM - Sun PM
Focus begins with figuring out what makes you, you. What’s shaped you? What are you pretending not to know about yourself? This weekend helps set the tone for what Focus is all about, and develops deep relationships between trainees.
Weekend 1
Journey | 5 Days: Wed PM - Sun PM
This is, in many ways, the main course of the Focus experience. This weekend is all about growth. You will be challenged in new ways, and get the opportunity to break out of comfort zones. You’ll dig deep, but find true freedom, joy, and fun. Unlike the other two weekends, you are encouraged to stay off-site with the group for these 5 days.
Weekend 2
Momentum | 3 Days: Fri PM-Sun PM
Now that you’ve moved into the growth zone, this weekend focuses on how to stay there. Learn real, applicable tools that will help you become a more effective leader, spouse, parent, and person. While the other two weekends focus on experiences, this weekend focuses on the facts.

-
Absolutely. Focus Cincinnati will never ask you to do anything unsafe or immoral.
-
Focus Cincinnati isn’t intended to be secretive at all. The training revolves around group exercises and experiences that you actually do rather than just talk about.
Think about a Goalkeeper practicing penalty kicks. It does no good for the goalie to be told where the ball is going to be kicked. How are they ever going to get better?
Focus is similar. It is reactive by nature. In order to get your most authentic response, it is imperative that the content is not spoiled! Just as in life, this is where real growth happens.
-
The Focus experience is an individual training and does not need to be done with a partner. Couples find value in going through the training whether they do it together or separately. Couples also find value even when only one partner goes through it.
